[ale] IDE Raid / Hotswap

Danny Cox gave a good overview of Raid at the last ALE-NE meeting.  His
company produces what I believe to be Hot-Swappable IDE Raid NAS
devices.  Maybe he could give you more info but you should look at what
they have to offer.
