It's a shame it's so resource intensive and would require a new box when
the replaytv boxes and tivo boxes are so cheap.

Wonder what the legality of buying a Tivo box (or Replay TV box...I'd say
those prices have gone down lately) and hacking it the way you want it.  I
had heard that Tivo used Linux underneath....would it be impossible to get
MythTv going on one of those?

Course, if it was possible, there'd undoubtedly be more buzz around doing
it.  Just curious.
