Do you want an actual video card with input/output like an ATI All in 
wonder or just input.  If just for tv/video input any bt848/878 chipset 
card should work.  I've had really good luck with Hauppauge.  As far as the 
AIW goes I think there are drivers at http://gatos.sourceforge.net/
