	No... BSD was never public domain.  It was under the BSD license
byt never public domain.

	All of this is incredibly complicated (and you can lay more than
a little of that blame at AT&T's doorstep) but 99.99% of SCO's claims are
bullshit no matter what history you research.  Their claims are a "come
buy us and bail our our investors because it's cheaper than fighting
our lawyers" claim.  They will keep at it until they are paid off or
bankrupt.  My vote (but my vote doesn't count) is to bankrupt both them
and their investors and anyone else associated with them or Caldera.
Even if it takes TWICE as much money, they need to be buried and the
earth around them salted to warn any others so foolish that this way
be disaster...  But it's not my money and it's not my vote...
