What a lovely idea.  Ick.

I was generously assuming that the article was on topic, so I managed to 
misread the headline as "Penis Numbering condom" and thought that it was 
some kind of DRM/CPU ID/DMCA related intrusion of privacy.

I'm not sure whether "Penis Numbing Condom" is better or worse...
