That depends on the size.  My wacom (4x5) with mouse and stylus was < 
$100.  They have a couple of them at the Walmart here for < $100.

A quick check at pricewatch shows my same tablet/mouse/stylus at $89. 
There are some generic ones there as well starting at $50, but I've no 
idea if any of them work with Linux.
