[ale] ls120 drive and toms r/b

I've got a dell laptop that has an ls120 floppy drive.  When I attempt 
to boot tom's r/b, the machine stops at the partition check for hdc, 
which is the ls120.  Anyone one have any idea how I can overcome this 
problem???
