After looking at the mailman code, it's actually not very easy to
make this happen in a "nice" way. I think it can be done by having
two lists, "ale at ale.org" and "ale-no-reply-to at ale.org". Each
subscriber would subscribe to the list that does what she prefers,
reply-to wise, and the traffic on each list would be mirrored
to the other. I think this will require some minor changes to
mailman, but it may possibly "just work". I'm going to experiment
with it this week.
