[ale] ALE reply-to changes needed??

My vote:

"Reply" goes to the poster ONLY
"Reply to all" goes to the group with no duplicate to the poster. i.e.
"Reply to all" should function as a "reply to list". I have seen other
lists where reply to all includes the group address AND the poster
address so the poster gets 2 replies (annoying)
