[ale] mutt+imap folders?

Ok, ignore this. If you look for imap folders on a system not-running
imap you won't find them (i.e. proding my home server versus the window
that has my work connection...)
c does change them but selections are interestiong with space to select
a folder and enter to change to a directory.
