[ale] promote a Linux alternative

is trying to persuade retailers to provide PC's with Linux pre-installed. They 
are doing it by offering a survey to collect consumer preferences on the 
subject. Please visit, take the survey and then tell other people you know to 
visit. The momentum for desktop Linux is slowly creeping up this year.
