[ale] Looking for recommendation for good, cheap...

Linux compatible PCI sound card, modem, and SCSI card. Quick requirements list:

* Cheap.
* Available locally.
* Cheap
* Has existing Linux drivers. Open Source. Preferably in the kernel.
* Cheap.
* I need OSS for the sound card. It's for a Wine machine that doens't play nice
  with ALSA.
* And it has to be CHEAP! $10 a card would be ideal.

Any suggestions?
