[ale] Ipchain/IpTable

There are more modules for ipchains to allow secure connections with
audio, games and such that iptables doesn't have yet. Ipchains is
tested and tried for many years. The syntax is easier to deal with too.
Only if you need the marking of packets is there any need to move to
iptables. Iptables has not been tested nearly as much as ipchains. Why
make the job more difficult than it has to be by having required
duplicate rules for logging in iptables? Simplify with ipchains and
keep more functionality for what the usual enduser does. It is unlikely
that the extra features in iptables are useful to the average user.
