[ale] interesting uptime

Just curious, came home to find my system that monitors my cam at the
garage pretty much locked up. Turns out, it was just real busy, seems a
bunch of ants were crawling across the lense and well, you know how ants
are, one just follows another.

The real point is I just gave it some time, since I could still ping it,
but couldn't get a login prompt. When I could get a login prompt,
uptime showed a system load of 39.63. I've never seen an load that
high. It amazes me the machine didn't just crash. It's not but a p200
with 32mb of memory. The motion detection process eats up approx 95% of
the cpu when it's running.

I'd like to see any windows machine do that...

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
