You'll get more bang for the buck by saving it, modify it, and mail it 
snail mail.  Congress pretty much ignores email as they assume there's a 
lot of it that is automated as in this effort.

Further, a lot of them don't even read the email.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
