[ale] annoying Mozilla behavior

You can't set it to download when you create a new one. It just asks for an 
application to handle it. I left that blank and then went back to edit it. It 
then offered the option of saving that file type to disk. I checked that 
option. I went back to Sourceforge and tried to download an RPM file. Same 
problem as before. My only workaround at this point is to use Konqueror for 
these things. I will try the Mozilla newsgroups.
