Position: Database Administrator 

Overview:
Seeking an experienced DBA to join our team as a key participant in the 
creation of exciting, new multi-layered information applications. The new 
team member will contribute database development, deployment, ongoing 
monitoring and management, performance tuning and general application 
program SQL support to an aggressive team in a creative environment. 

The Ideal Candidate:

*       Bachelors degree in Computer Science-related field 
*       5+ years Hands-On IT Experience, minimum 3 years as a DBA in both 
production and development environments (multiple RDBMS experience is a 
plus) 
*       Enterprise-level systems and applications experience (ERP and/or DW 
experiences are a plus) 
*       Data modeling experience - both logical and physical 
*       Strong communications skills, must be able to communicate on both 
Business and Technical levels 
*       Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities 

As part of the development team, you will be working closely with the 
developmen and integration services staff to design, implement, and tune 
new functionality. Working with the QA team, you will help define and 
create database performance and regression tests. Finally, working with 
the IT staff, you will help define and develop production procedures for 
distributed database disaster recovery and high availability. 

Compensation includes benefits and stock options and will be commensurate 
with experience.
