Oh Wise Ones!
I have looked at a number of VPN solutions over the past couple of
years. Seems to me that (sticking with a linux-based thing) the best
options are FreeS/WAN or CIPE.
Let me paint the picture: I want to let clients (occasional users,
mostly) connect to a FreeS/WAN box on my network. But I would like the
clients to just use a hardware-only thing (yes, thing!) on their end.
Idiot-proofing is the name of the game. I'm digging around - but any
hard-won experiences you may have to offer will be appreciated.

P.S. Eventually I will feel like enough time has passed since that lame
presentation I did on MacOS X stuff. Until then, I lurk on the list and
pray for this blushing to go away. Maybe I will catch y'all at the
next meeting...
