[ale] Web forwarding provider?

[Dow Hurst]

Who are good reliable providers of webforwarding?  Nols.com is what I've 
used in the past, but they are completely down today.  I need a backup 
option in case they don't come back up soon.  Reliability and longevity 
are what I'm looking for.
