Others have no doubt mentioned ethereal. However, I'd encourage you to use
another platform for packet capture. Win9x is not a very good choice for
this type of work in my experience. If you MUST use Windows, try NT4 or
2000. I'm sure that's not what you want to hear, but trust me.
