[ale] quake 2 and xfree 4.2??

Ever since I upgraded to xfree 4.?  I've not been able to get Quake 2 to 
run.  Quake 3, UT work fine, no q2.  Anyone have this working with 4.2? 
I've got a ATI Radeon VE card.  Gotta frag something when I get stuck on 
that code...

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
