[ale] 7.3 is out

I just installed it via ftp. The default workstation
install is 1.6+ G (with kde). I read somewhere that
the 3 discs are needed in most cases. Unless you trim
them down during installation. I wish that they'll
create another install class for a minimal
installation. There's a custom class but...
