[ale] mounting ntfs

Dow,
This is NTFS, not NFS. In other words, it's a NT/2k
partition on a local drive. I have RH dual booting
with Win2k.
When I attempt to ls, it locks up everything. No
ctrl+c's, ctrl + \, nothing.
