[ale] Sendmail Question

    We are trying to block spam we use the access file in
sendmail to block spammers when I try and block the hotmail domain I get
the following message in maillog. We are blocking this domain and allowing
specified users. Any ideas.

[64.4.31.43], reject=550 5.7.1 Access denied
Mar  7 13:57:02 mailman sendmail[20336]: NOQUEUE: f43.pav1.hotmail.com
[64.4.31.43] did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to MTA
