I kinda figured that's what you meant. Certification alone, will not do
you any good, from my experience with my employer. You need a
technical college degree, work experience.
AT&T will do the following:
1. hire a person with a technical college degree with no experience.
2. hire a person with a goodly amount of work experience and no college
degree.
3. will not hire a person with any certification, if that person does
not have either a college degree or a reasonable amount of work experience.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
