[ale] Curl Linux Technology Preview

The creators of this language--Tim Berners-Lee, Michael Dertouzos, et
al--have impeccable credentials when it comes to the Web. So, I hope and
believe they applied all of that good knowledge to what they have done.
As others have pointed out, though, Curl may not survive as a company.
If it doesn't, I would hope they would float the technology to the open
source world and let the W3C maintain standards. The project was, after
all, originally funded by DARPA.
