I"m excited, but i dont think it is really a win for the little guy.  I think it is a win for reality.

I mean WSB was going to show "High Q" and their stupid 4 hour local news show instead.

The World Cup does good numbers with 18-33 year old males, and hey let's be honest, HighQ does good numbers with the moms of the kids on the show.  This was just a moronic decision that their execs made, and were lucky enough to have time to fix =).

anyways, Brazil 2-0!

G-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-L-A-S-O-O-L-L de R-R-R-R-R-R-R-O-N-A-L-D-O-O-O-O!!!!

Nice way to start the day =D

->Just a little note of happiness. WSB-TV(ABC channel 2) here in ATL had
->decided not to show the World Cup Final on Sunday morning,
->instead showing
->news(give me a break). The world cup final is watch 3 Billion
->people world
->wide! Yes, Billion with a B!.  So anyway, once the AJC ran an article
->telling people this, the emails started flowing like beer. AND THEY
->RELENTED!!!! Needless to say, for once it is good to see a
->victory by the
->little guy over Corporate America that does not involve
->lawyers' fees, all
->it involved was them actually listening to what we, the
->consumers, want!
->wow, what a great concept. Anyway, I just thought this was
->pretty cool.
