I have to disagree with your choice of the word "nobody". People, managers
even, do exist who consider ethics and the environment. Not enough people
by a long shot, but they do exist and need to be celebrated.

I have to wonder: why don't companies shop for managers from overseas
where the pay is significantly lower? If it works for IT workers,
shouldn't it work for the management suite also?
