This will immediately alienate all developers using MS products - because there
is no way to handle getting your product binary "authorized" given the speed
of the development cycle. How can you develop a product that will run on
NT/Windows if you need to get a digital signature for every compile?
And if it's built into the compiler, then open source will work just fine.
