[ale] Network Usage tracking.

Ok, the ale.org webserver is using a lot more bandwidth this month (up
25%), and it looks like I may get charged extra.

Looking at the weblogs I can tell that the websites aren't using excess
bandwidth. So I want to know where my bits are going.

I don't have access to the network this box resides on, so I need
something that can track protocol usage on the ethernet interface.

Can SNMP do that? Is there a solution thats a tad more secure?

Thanks
Chris
