[ale] postgresql dumps template1

Hi James,
I'm no DB expert either, but we have been using PostgreSQL for over a year,
and are currently running the latest version, and have never had a problem
like this. Many problems with the server due to heavy loads (we are being
hosted on a server that is heavily loaded), but n PostgreSQL problems
whatsoever - just in case you were thinking it was PostgreSQL itself.
