[ale] Please help: BellSouth ADSL hangs with sendmail and up2date

PPPoe is just additional overhead to your system.  It's also another 
link to break in the whole process.  Why take the interstate, a state 
road and a county road to get where you're going when the interstate is 
a straight shot?

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
