OK, I'll bite.

behind this "startup" have gotten funding based on smoke and mirrors? 
If you get out there, pull down two paychecks, and come to work to find
sheriff's deputies carrying boxes out to moving vans and your boss
sitting on the ground with a cable tie around his wrists, will you
really be better off cut loose in Los Gatos or cut loose in Atlanta?  I
don't have an answer; I'm just asking the questions.  I'd say, ask for
relo and nine months of salary up front!
