[ale] [OT] win32 top or ps

is there a win32 equivalent of top or ps?
we have a shared pc(NT) that we have to use and some 
people can login and open some applications and others
can't.  

i'd like to figure out what the paths to the
applications are.  
i'm not even sure what the name of the executable is.

suggestions welcome.
