[ale] no root shell

	I think there's a faster way.  At the LILO prompt, type

		linux init=/bin/bash

	once in, you may have to mount /usr to access your fav editor, edit
/etc/passwd, save it, type sync, and reboot.

	Note: when you do this, not much is running, so don't forget the sync! 
And unless you also umount /usr, it'll run an fsck on both it and root
after the reboot.
