[ale] OT: Small gripe

It appears to me that sites like Ebay have realized that people have become immune to banners now.  Only pop-ups will do.  I've notice sometimes when I'm doing nothing
on my PC that a web page will pop-up out from no where.    I know Kazaa does this.  Maybe real audio too.
