[ale] Linux DVD

Hello All,

I have DVD playback working under Linux via Xine and a plugin.
However, I am putting the pieces together for my new machine and
noticed TONS of DVD players for Linux, some needing plugins, others
not. My question is what players does this list use and what are the
benfits and setbacks of each. You can respond offlist if this hash
been hashed before.
