[ale] serial console

9600 is the default speed. but it is too slow for frequent use. Try higher
baud speed if you tends to use serial console frequently.
The highest speed I can get is 51200 w/ a serial cable and a null modem.
w/ a crossed serial cable the highest I can get is 19200.
