[ale] Printing ps/pdf files

Was the manual from a European source so that it would be formatted to be
printed on DIN A4 paper? This paper is a little bit longer and narrower
than letter size, so that headers seem to be cut of when you try to print
on letter size paper.
Sorry, I don't know how to reformat. Maybe printing on legal size paper
would work? Or of course, getting the different sized paper *g*.
