Ah. Looks like XFree found your video card, but that your "Screen"
section is not set up right. I would try...
$ /bin/su
# XFree86 -configure
<screen flickers some here>
# XFree86 -xf86config /root/XF86Configure.new
...If this yields the config which you want, just copy it over your old
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file (assuming you're running Redhat).
If you want to stick with your current XF86Config file, could you send it
in an email? Sounds like a simple gotcha in the "Screen" section.
