I have a project in Vietnam that uses RedHat Linux 7.1 to provide network
services for a University. Below is a message for two of the servers that
are having problems with boot-up. I am not at the servers and they are 12
hours away, so I only have the information below.
Power is decent there, but can go off and on. There are UPSs, but the power
outage frequently overshoots the UPS abilities to keep the servers up and
the UPSs available for VN have not worked well with shutdown daemons. I
feel that power must have gone out and the servers can't come up. Can
anyone help me with a possible solution to this problem ...pj
