[ale] Adaptec 2930U vs 2940U for HP DAT24i

Just wanted to report in on the results. The 2930 ($80) card works
wonderfully! I'm getting over 100mb/minute backup rates with the
Yosemite Tapeware software on the HP e800 Netserver running the latest
stable (2.4.17) kernel. My only concern is the 50 pin cable that came
with the card is not terminated, it's just a plain ribbon cable. I have
auto-termination turned on in the Adaptec bios, but I don't think there
is any way to terminate the tape drive end. Should I worry?
