Senior Systems Integrator
Exciting opportunity in the digital interactive TV industry working on hardware and software integration platform for new interactive digital TV applications. Will provide systems integration services in support of interactive television infrastructure product rollout in TV cable head-ends nationwide. Program Manager/Project Manager Atlanta and Denver


Mission Statement for Position:		
The Program ManagerÂ’s mission is to be the primary interface for N2BB Customers, and to ensure that communication channels between the two companies are open and complete. As well, the PM also acts as the customer advocate in Engineering meetings.


Primary Functions:
The PM is responsible for maintaining all deployment project plans, including integration of project plans for various 3rd party vendors. Tracking Issues, writing Status Report and general coordination are also large components of this position.


Entry Requirements:
A qualified candidate for this position possesses a minimum of five years experience in Program/Project Management. The candidate must possess a solid understanding of the software development release cycle and how to properly plan project milestones and target dates. Experience managing projects with multiple, external dependencies is a must. Excellent written and oral communications skills a must.  The candidate must also have strong leadership capabilities and diplomacy skills. PMP certification is preferred, along with a 4 year university degree. Experience in the Cable TV industry is also a plus. Travel required up to 50%.


Principal Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following areas:

1.  Coordinate deployment of N2BB solutions to Cable Companies;
2.  Create, review and maintain project plans;
3.  Coordinate 3rd party companies as they relate to complete solution for N2BB customers;
4.  Primary point of contact for N2BB customers;
5.  Track budget, resources, scope, quality of projects;
6.  Responsible for customer satisfaction;
7.  Delivery of projects on time and under budget.
