[ale] tiger map service gone??

I'm trying to get a map of the antenna placements for the Atlanta area t
broadcaster from the tiger map service. (yes, I am droping AT&T
Broadband cable) TMS is a government maping service from the census
department (http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/EART/tiger.html). There are
other links on googl as well. I don't get a 404 error. Just a persistent
"loading" with nothing coming in. Sept 11 paranoia in effect?
