The second idea may be correct. Because it will come back. I have the case
off and the fun is blowing hard.

Sounds like bad ram to me. Try replacing it. Check the contacts on the
socket for bent pins.
Also, next time it reboots it self, do notjing but turn it off and wait.
After it cools down, reboot. It can also be a heat problem.
