[ale] The bad thing about RPMs

This must be the newer trend ... the "compile-as-you-update" distros.
Sorcerer claims to do this as well, and it's now shot up to near the top
of the DistroWatch.com popularity ranking. 'course, that may be 'cuz
Sorcerer doesn't exactly have an intutitive URL ( http://Sorcerer.wox.org/ )

So what are the major points of distinction between LFS, Gentoo and
Sorcerer?
