[ale] TFTP problems with RedHat 7

That error always means incorrect file permissions.

Try it from the RH command line (tftp localhost) rather than from the Cisco
kits so that you can more easily see what's going on and can strace if 
necessary.

Also, try sending the complete path (ie, get /tftpboot/foo.gz, and NOT get
foo.gz or get /foo.gz).  Some Linux tftpd implementations do not chroot to
/tftpboot, and only support absolute paths....
