[ale] need some input on tv capture cards

Hmm. Capture cards in the $50 range are pretty weak. You will not be
happy with the screen quality if viewed full screen on a tv. Neither of
the two you listed will do 640x480 capture. 320x240 seems to be the max
for the low end cards.
