You can get a static IP from Earthlink for a lot less than a comercial
line from hellsouth. Yes, it costs $15/month. Yes it seems outragous.
But is EVERYBODY wanted a static IP, the IPv6 would have to happen
sooner and a static IP would be the standard for everybody!
