I believe he can call 1-800-COLLECT or even dial down the center, it easy for him and cheap for them. It would go something like this: "Hi, Mom!Yeah it's me.. Ummm I am stuck in Atlanta, I forgot to get a round trip ticket. Can you come pick me up?"
